If you wish to return a product, please follow these steps:

- Provide us with your order number, the product name, and the reason for the return.
- Our customer service team will provide you with instructions on how to return the product.
- Once we receive the returned product and verify that it is undamaged and unused, we will issue a refund or exchange the product.
For Defective Items:
If you receive an item that is defective, please call +1 407 956 2185. We will advise you on how to proceed. Please note, some items carry a manufacturer’s warranty and require that you contact the manufacturer directly.
For Damaged Items:
If your package arrived damaged in transit, please note the damage next to your signature at the time of delivery. If your package had concealed damage, please email us at orders@dzeetextiles.com or call 1-407-956-2185 within 2 business days of receipt.
Please note that we cannot accept returns on products that have been used or damaged. Additionally, we cannot refund shipping and handling fees unless the return is due to an error on our part.
We aim to process returns as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.
